Refund Policy
Effective October 4, 2026
Tickets on YourTicketHub are sold by the event Organizer. This policy explains when refunds are given. An Organizer may offer a more generous policy for their event; if so, it will be shown on the event page.
Event cancelled
If an event is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the ticket price to the card you paid with. Service charges, payment processing fees and platform fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued automatically — you do not need to apply.
Event postponed or changed
If an event is moved to a new date or venue, your tickets normally remain valid for the new date. Whether refunds are offered in that case is decided by the Organizer, who will let ticket holders know by email.
Change of mind
Tickets are generally non-refundable if you can no longer attend, unless the Organizer allows refunds for that event. Please contact the Organizer or us before the event to ask.
Sold out during checkout
If tickets sell out while your payment is being completed, your payment is refunded in full automatically and no ticket is issued.
Complimentary tickets
Free (complimentary) tickets have no payment and therefore no refund.
How long refunds take
Once issued, refunds usually appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the tickets on that order are cancelled and will no longer be accepted at the door.
