Ticket payments are processed securely by Stripe and paid out to your account. Prefer us to handle payments? We can collect them and pay you out after the event.
No. Any smartphone works — staff open the scanner in their browser and can add it to their home screen like an app.
Buyers can be refunded from the dashboard. The ticket price is refunded to their card; booking and processing fees are non-refundable.
Tickets can be resent anytime, and if the buyer mistyped their email it can be corrected and the tickets sent to the right address.
